#Students

What happens when a student leaves or is removed?

They lose the school bonus straight away and leave their class. Their own account, lessons and history stay. They can join again later with a link or an invite.

Can a student belong to two schools?

Yes. Each school only sees its own students, and the two bonuses add up.

Can we change the daily bonus or the number of places?

Yes, ask us and we change it for you.

#Privacy

Can teachers hear recordings?

No. Teachers see summaries only: scores, trends and when a student last practised.

Can a student’s data be deleted?

Yes. Students can delete their account from their profile at any time. See Privacy and data.

Do you sign a data processing agreement?

Yes, ask us for one when we set up your school.

#Cancelling

What happens if our school stops using Spelly?

Teachers lose access to the dashboard, new students can no longer join, and the school bonus ends. Students keep their accounts and everything they did.

• Sign-in with Microsoft or Google school accounts.
• Connecting to Moodle, Canvas and other learning platforms. Until then, post the join link there.
• Syncing with your student information system. Until then, download the student list.
